The File Service’s addresses. Per value: the option (apiUrl / resource) > the environment
variable (FILES_API_URL / FILES_API_RESOURCE) > the CCS_ENVIRONMENT preset (local | staging |
production, default production; anything else throws). When only one of the two is given, the
other is derived from it if it has the standard shape (…/api/v1 ↔ …/api), else it is the
preset’s. Each value must be an absolute http(s) URL; a malformed one throws, naming it.
