True when the item is inside a folder an application manages (managed: true): people cannot upload into it, add
versions, rename, move, edit, trash, restore, purge, change permissions or share it (403 folder_managed); viewing,
downloading, previews, search, copying out and legal holds stay available. Hide or disable the editing controls when
it is true. Accepts any object with managed (a File, a Folder, a search hit), and null or undefined.
