Fetches the signed-in user’s Files token from your backend’s token route. The route answers
{ access_token, expires_in, api_url?, tenant_id?, application_id? }. The token is cached until
expiryMarginSeconds (default 60) before it expires, one request is in flight at a time, and clear() forgets
everything on sign-out. The methods are bound closures: getAccessToken: tokens.getAccessToken works as is.
