ProcessingStepStatus = "pending" | "done" | "skipped" | "failed" | "clean" | "infected"

clean and infected only for scan. scan is clean (served), infected (the file is quarantined), skipped (not scanned: scanning off for the application, or the file is above the scanner’s size limit) or failed (the scanner could not look at it; the application’s scan_failed_policy decides whether it is served). text is done when text was extracted for in: ['content'] search, skipped for types without text, failed for bytes that could not be read.
